(as the patient),

I experienced severe ptsd and struggled to adapt back to my normal day to day routine, after receiving help from my counsellor Rashmeet I have been able to use the skills I have to learnt, these skills have enabled me to begin my journey into my new beginning with a better control of my symptoms. Thank you
