About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as a relative),

Waiting time for appointments were 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Doctors walking around going on coffee breaks every hour. Appaling care service with sub standard levels of punctuality. No information given to patients regarding reasons for delay or apology. Failure to show any kind of help towards patients.
