"Poor service and no desire to help patients"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

Had to go to manor hospital on saturday 10th aug 19. My wife was extremely dehydrated and could not hold any food or drink and was lifeless with the shakes. Went to the urgent care unit. Was seen by a lovely doctor withon 10 mins who said he would admit my wife to have some fluids and rest.he ohoned to a ward to be told there was no beds and that tell the patient to go to a&e. We went to the reception and was met by a really hostile person. Was told to wait. Two hrs later we still had not been seen yet 8 people who came after us were seen first and left the hospital. There was some ambulance patients as well whobwere aeen relatively quickly. I asked 5 or 6 times and was told by reception walk through the twin doors into the hospital part and speak to the nurses as there was nothing that they could do as it was not there job. 6hrs and 30 mins we had still not been seen . There was a stabbing there and a lady miscarriaged before the staff came to help. It really was a pretty poor service. If the staff took more time to help rather than chat im sure we would get better service. Trouble is no one there is accountable.
