I took my friend to see the Dietitian. The dietitian was overseeing a trainee. My friend is older than me and was nervous. I watched as the trainee did an excellent job of making my friend feel at ease. Addressed her situation with empathy while being overseen by the Dietitian. I watched professionals deal with an elderly persons problem with such a pleasant manner and explained things to my friend very clearly. After coming away my friend said how lovely they were. I was so pleased to witness this. I wanted to tell our experience. Thank you NHS.
