I attended A&E with a shard of metal stuck in my eye. The initial receptionist was really nice, polite and helpful. I was seen by a triage nurse who again was helpful. Because of the que's i went back up to reception just to ask what the wait could possibly be as if it was very long it had been suggested i could go to Moorefileds. The second receptionists firstly said you have only been here 15 minutes, i stated i understand but i am only asking so i can make a descision either to stay or go to moorfields. Her whole demeanour was full of attitude and made me feel quite bad for asking. From the way she spoke to me and the way she looked at me was not a pleasent experience. Could i suggest that a customer care course would be a good way forward for this receptionist to make the whole experience a good one.
