After having an X. Ray in December last year, phone call from GP it was wear and tear on my neck.

eight months later after paying for physio and chiropracter. came to see the nurse practitioner, who was very helpful. tells me the X.Ray said arthuritus,spondylosis.

Why was I not told this initially, and what treatment I could take.

Also I phoned in May to see the doctor, the receptionist put me off,saying talk to the pharmacy, who was not helpful at all.
