"Management change but still as bad"

So the centre manger has changed but the poor service you receive if any hasn't still as bad as it ever was. For a team that is meant to be suppling IAPT service I still cant believe they get away with such a poor quality of service, May be the area manger should do a better job then maybe patients would get a better service. But have experience the poor service you get from any West Essex CCG suppled service.. .
