"Compliment"

Following my almost recent appointment at the Balcombe surgery, I wanted to formally compliment the doctor I saw by saying thank you for the service she offered me with such understanding. I had felt very anxious about my appointment and was concerned I was ‘wasting’ a valuable appointment time for someone else. The Doctor was reassuring, compassionate and very efficient. She made me feel at ease and the process was not uncomfortable for me at any stage.

I understand the complexities and constraints of working within health and social care and want to ensure the Doctor I saw receives deserved positive feedback.
