About: Wansbeck Hospital / General surgery

From arriving to leaving could not fault the care received on ward 15, all staff were courteous, sympathetic & answered any questions I had, I was a very nervous patient & they helped a lot as did the theatre & recovery staff. I also work, for albeit a different emergency service I know how much people are quick to judge staff who are working the best they can with the resources they have & have nothing but praise for you all & the NHS. They also make the best toast & tea i’ve ever tasted. Thank you all 😊 x
