Admission following 3 falls in 24 hours. My dad spent 5 weeks on ward then discharged to nursing home dementia wing.
Many issues with care during this time. We felt that no care or compassion was shown with regards to the discharge process. We received little or no explanation about Choice letter which left us with no choice at all.
We found the staff dealing with my dad's discharge unprofessional and felt harassed by phone calls and emails.
