About: Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Although it took a while to get through the waiting list, once I was called in for surgery on my shoulder, the actual day went well. Staff from nursing assistants to theatre staff and anaesthetists were lovely, caring, friendly and helpful. A credit to the trust.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, it is much appreciated. I am sorry to hear you experienced a delay waiting for your shoulder surgery, sometimes emergency surgeries need to be performed which can effect the scheduled list for the day.
