I attended the 12 week group and found it helpful discussing issues with other group members. It gave me time out in the week too. 

I think it's helped me mentalize. The individual sessions were helpful too. The group facilitators were a nice mix.

Thank you for your feedback, this is really helpful and I will share it with the group facilitators too.

It sounds like the group approach was really helpful for you. Having space to think about issues/difficulties with the other group members is a really important part of the treatment. I hope this stands you in good stead for a move into therapy if this is the next step for you.

Thansk for this post. It's good to hear that you found the groupwork approach helpful. Mentalization can give very helpful insights into situations. As Louisa says, I hope this is a good preparation for therapy if this is the next step for you.
