Yesterday I went into University Hospital Wishaw for a 'routine' gastroscope- for them, not for me!  I was very anxious to the point of feeling light headed. From the moment I entered the department to the time I left after it was all over I was treated with courtesy, respect and empathy.

Not one member of the team from the young lady who booked me in to the nurse who gave the good news at the end made me feel I was overanxious or a nuisance and did all they could to put me at ease.  I am very grateful to each and every one, who, although very busy, made the experience as positive as it could be. Thank you all.
