I had occasion to phone up and change an existing appointment made at Hoverton Clinic with the Leg Ulcer Clinic Department.
As I was asked to attend a Clinic at Cromer Hospital that clashed with my Hoverton appointment time. The lady who took my call was super, and changed my appointment immediately. Two days later I became rather ill, and as this was on a Sunday I was reluctant to phone, but as my condition became worse I had to phone up again, this time I explained what had happened, and within the hour a Nurse was at my door and changed my dressing which was the reason for my problem as my leg had swollen to just about double its normal size. I just want to thank all your Staff for what for me a very trying time, and the service I received can only be called FIRST CLASS.
