"The best team in the NHS!!!!"

I recently went into Whiston for a course of Lithotripsy treatments. Having had this before using Private medical insurance, I was unsure of what to expect having this in an NHS facility. Any concerns were allayed within seconds of arrival by the friendliness of the team tasked with looking after me. I have never been made to feel so at ease and relaxed by the team. All aspects of my care were carefully reviewed with me and the professionalism was outstanding. The guys were genuinely interested in making you feel like you were their first patient. I'm gutted I cannot name the team on this post but I would like to sincerely thank the Renal team on 4A for everything. What a team! If you have the misfortune to require Lithotripsy at Whiston, you will actually have the good fortune of being cared for by the very best in team in the business. Thank you ladies.
