No Communication and planners

(as a carer),

There is no communication on Lister Ward. There's a lot of bank staff who I feel do nothing. 

The planner is important to my son and he doesn't like change. Activities are getting changed and he's not getting told so he gets frustrated. 

I don't trust some bank staff. At weekends it's all bank staff.

I like the ward manager, however, she's really nice but I don't get to see her much.

I would like to see the issue with bank staff sorted out.

Thank you for this feed back. I am sorry that you have these concerns. I will next be in The Wells Road Centre on 5 September. I will discuss these points with the General Manager.


I understand what you say about how important keeping to the planner is for your son. So I will talk to the General manager about predictable activities, bank staff and communication.
