"CBT for a couple of issues"

About: Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

Hello Dimitrios

Thank you for the sessions . I have succeeded in not adding to my collection letting some go is a work in progress. My brother and SIL will be down tomorrow between 10 and 11 to start the clear out and as he says get my flat back. I am looking at things in a different way and although I will find it hard I’m going to let stuff go. If I can do that then the collection will not be the problem they are now. I will have time and space to focus on cooking and preparing healthier meals and getting out swimming and I’m going to try to go back to walking to work now a lot of the regeneration is done and the through routes are back open. I was disappointed with my brother's attitude he wanted to throw everything which I refused but I did clear a good bit so now I'm using the suggested books to help me. I have no urge to increase my collection which is what I wanted. If I can sort everything else out I can concentrate on getting them organised and so organise myself. Thank you again. All the best
