Excellent GPs unfortunately let down by their receptionist staff who I feel need a customer care refresher course

Dear Mr dissapointed,

I'm delighted to hear that you receive excellent medical care from your GP but dissapointed to hear that you're dissapointed with the level of service from the reception staff.

GP practices are independent contractors and are not licenced to use Care Opinion so you won't receive a response from them here; they are also responsible for investigating and responding to any feedback and concerns a person may have about their service.

I'd recommend you contact the practice manager to provide them with your experience of services, or I can share this post with them if you let me know where you attend.
