"Attending a Radiology appointment at Bournemouth Hospital"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as a service user),

Be vigilant!

I attended an appointment in the radiology department which should have been quick and easy. I was looking forward to getting in and out, and then having a spot of lunch. The cannulation flushing was with a substance that had left me in severe pain for fifteen minutes, with numb hands and sudden loss of consciousness as though someone had hit me on the back of my head, followed by numbness and tingling in both hands, which is the subject of an ongoing investigation by several stakeholders.
