Attended recently and can confirm what the individual posted here previously about hearing the calls from the waiting room area. Which is absolutely horrendous and a serious data breach. Receptionists are rude and inconsiderate which is worrying considering they are an extension of peoples healthcare. You can never see the same doctor twice which is terrible for continuation of care- in a GP setting and given this follow up care is also lacking. Poorly managed- poor care- poor data protection- poor access to appointments. Just the same as it was before even if they partake in masquerading the service as being far beyond what the reality is. My husband and I have made the decision to leave. They do not have patient interests at heart. I am a retired doctor and the service here is utterly abysmal.
