"Superb hospital"

About: York Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I was admitted to York Hospital in May for a total hip replacement.For the whole of my stay I was so well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the orthopaedic ward.

The consultant and staff in the operating theatre made me feel so relaxed and I opted for only a spinal anaesthetic and I was not at all nervous.Only a few hours after the operation I began intensive physio therapy which was first class.Now I am well on the way to a full recovery. I can thoroughly recommend York hospital.
