"A great appointment"

I had a great appointment with a dr who I guess I can't mention according to the rules. He listened to the entire story about my hand problems and all the doctors I'd seen, did all the tests and things. All these years things like weight has been blamed as the cause of my issue, no matter what I told them. This doctor was different. He took in every detail, then took the time to tell me what he thought was wrong and why. He also told me all the possible ways treatment could go just so I had an idea of what I was dealing with. This is the absolute opposite of doctors I've seen at other muskuloskeletal centres and hospitals. I left with a diagnosis that made sense, and with hope for the future. The nurse that was in the ward was also very kind and remembered my full name despite the clinic being very busy! I was so impressed.
