"A complete shambles"

All of the groups of surgeries involved in this mess should be ashamed. It's not so much the staff at the surgery but the "higher" ups. They have completely ruined the healthcare available to residents in North Swindon. I don't even want to try to book appointments anymore because it's so incredibly stressful trying to get through and make an appointment. I would rather suffer in silence than try and book an appointment with these surgeries. They wonder why the NHS is so strained, especially A&E, well its because these surgeries make it impossible for you to get an appointment so if you really are suffering you have no choice but to use services that aren't meant for you! How has it become so difficult to see your GP about a health problem that could be sorted quickly? I have been suffering from mental health problems and am only getting worse because I can't see a GP. I have to work I can't afford to sit at my desk for two hours on hold trying to get through! Absolutely diabolical.
