About: Advocacy Support Cymru

(as a service user),

Dan, my IMHA has been an outstanding support for me and my family. At every ward round he come and supported me and helped me understand all the processes involved. I also had to make a complaint about an assault against me - his help for me was so critical and empathetic. As well as being knowledgeable and supportive he also has a warm personality and makes you feel as your problems really matter
