I am very sorry to read about your mother's experience in our A&E department, out Patient Support Services can investigate this further for you. If you would like to contact them at patientsupportservices@uhs.nhs.uk or by telephone 023 8120 6325 and a member of the team will discuss the next steps with you.

Kind regards

Laura White, Patient Insight Manager
