"disorganised ineffective rheumatology department."

The consultant got my details wrong in a letter sent to me, which had a completely inaccurate synopsis of my medical history. Would not let me explain my symptoms dismissed anything I managed to say and got my age wrong on the letter she sent. Was discharged from the department before tests were even completed! I am am very unwell at the moment through joint pain. Previously having been diagnosed at 21 with seri negative rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia and osteoporosis of the hands and feet. This consultant I saw decided I was diagnosed with JIA when I was 9.... which was 2 years before I even met a rheumatologist!!!

Even then I was not diagnosed for another 10 years. I have seen a number of rheumatologist over the years and this kind of error has never been made before. I was also promised an mri of my foot 2 years ago and an appointment never arrived.
