"Feel like we were in a 5 star hotel"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology Outpatients

(as a service user),

I went to Cardiology day unit for Cardioversion Procedure.

The staff in the ward were all professional and excellent in every way.

Staff Nurse Julie made my Husband and Myself feel like we were in a 5 star hotel and not our local NHS Hospital.

All the team members of staff relaxed me and made the procedure look simple (which obviously wasn’t).

Everything went well and I cannot be more grateful for everything.
