"Ensured that I was relaxed and calm"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I attended minor ops in Forth Valley Royal Hospital to get a cyst removed from the side of my head. It was a relatively quick process and I was looked after by David and Doreen. David, who performed the procedure, was very quick to offer me reassurances and explained exactly what would be happening. David spoke to me throughout the process, ensuring that I was relaxed and calm. 

All staff on my visit were very kind and friendly, could not fault them at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we really appreciate when patients take the time to let us know how we did.

It is great you recognised the teamwork involved in making your visit go smoothly, I never tire of telling Doreen that she couldn't do her job without me!

Hopefully everything is proceeding as planned and you are healing well.
