Staff try hard. Doing the job the best they can. They are always busy and very attentive. Nobody any better than the NHS. Always keep my family updated. Never a problem.

Food not great but not bad. Understand the reason for not being the same as home. Soups and sweets are good. Brilliant.

Care is good and communication about my medication is always good.

Communication between drs and nurses very good. Very explicit about everything.

NHS is fantastic.

I feel there is a lot of waste in the wider NHS.

Thank you for sharing your experience of care with our volunteer; it's really helpful for staff to hear about what people think we are doing well and where we might try and improve.

The staff will be delighted to hear that you are well informed and clear communication is helping you to make decisions about your care and to keep your family informed.

I'm pleased that you're finding something on the menu to suit your tastes.

We're always trying to make improvements to our services and reducing waste is certainly an area of focus for us.
