"Seeing real changes to my physical and mental wellbeing"

About: Borders General Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I was referred to physio by my GP, and met with Lorna. Her positive attitude and practical advise gave me the goals I needed to see real changes to my physical and mental wellbeing. I continue to follow her exercises and my fitness is improving, and I’m back at work. Many thanks for your help and support.
