"Request a sick note"

About: Integrated Care 24

(as the patient),

This is complaint against a Dr who was working in Hastings Walk-In Centre at Station Plaza Health Centre. I have the appointment at 9. 10 am.

I often had big problems with GP. Firstly, it is always very difficult to hand over an appointment to the GP, but even if I get one, I still have to wait a long time. Secondly, the GP said to come again in two months, but the appointment cannot be made in two months. Reception woman told me to come in a month to request a new appointment. When I came and asked to make an appointment in a month, the receptionist did it in two weeks, because they have no other day. When I came to the GP for the appointment, the Dr refused to give me a Sick Note because the one that GP gave me earlier ends in two weeks. In addition, I also wanted to ask about the pain that I have all the time, but the doctor no longer listened to me and began to kick me out of the room. I tried to talk about this with the manager of Hasting Medical Practice & Walk In Centre as I feel this is discrimination, but while I was expecting to see the manager, a policeman came and demanded that I must leave the Medical practice centre and not come back this day.

Recently, all the doctors do not seem to want to issue a Sick Note and I all the time have problems to get it. I often have to take the Sick Note for JobCentre and each time I must go to the GP several times to get a one simple piece of paper. But I constantly have sore legs, joints and spine, that brings me big problems moving around.

How many more will it be repeated? When GP and Medical practice will stop treating me like this? What can I do to stop this?
