"What an fantastic service Beckford st provide"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / GP Out of Hours service

(as a service user),

I had a bit of an issue with my breathing  ( asthmatic) after a phone call to NHS 24 was sent to beckford st for an appt. was seen very quickly by a nurse named Diane who made  me feel very much at ease. she recorded  my blood pressure  and pulse and asked me how I was feeling  I felt totally reassured  at all times with Diane. within 10 mins was seen by a Doctor who listened  to and dealt with my issues in a absolutely  professional  and friendly  manner  left the treatment room after 10 - 15 mins with medication  to help me and reassurance  throughout  my consultation  what an fantastic  service Beckford st provide very efficient NHS Scotland should  be very proud of this service
