"Confusing information and unfriendly staff member"

Drove here all the way from Cambridge as there was x ray service but didn't realise it wasn't available til 1pm. Our mistake but had salt rubbed into wound by unpleasant staff member who said 'why did you come here' more than once. When we explained that we'd been discouraged from using A and E in Cambridge he was dismissive. And then said the paperwork couldn't be transferred and we'd have to start again being assessed at another unit.. So a long journey for nothing. The receptionist was lovely.

CPFT look after the Minor Injury Unit (MiU) based at Doddington Hospital and we might be able to assist with your enquiry. The X-Ray Department is managed by another NHS Trust.
