"Very caring staff"

I came here for a surgical abortion after my pill failed and was extremely nervous and scared. I did not know what to expect and had read horror stories beforehand which didn’t help. I had an initial consultation a week before which went fast I was in and out after everything was thoroughly explained. I came in on the day and was greeted by very kind and caring staff. In the surgery room I was introduced to a couple of nurses who I cannot thank enough for how caring they were. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in. I was also introduced to the anaesthetist who was also great I don’t remember feeling any pain when he put the needle in or administered the sedation.The surgeon seemed very kind too. Not once did I feel judged for my decision which makes a big difference and takes away a lot of the stress. After being sedated I don’t remember any of the procedure and I did not feel any pain. I awoke a little sleepy and was offered a hot drink and biscuits which was lovely after not eating for 12 hours beforehand. I chose to have the nexplanon arm implant which was also put in whilst I was under sedation so didn’t feel any pain. All in all the staff helps make a difficult situation much more bearable. I highly recommend this place to anyone in a similar situation as I was.
