"Looked after so professionally"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I recently attended Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for a colonoscopy. This was my first time having this procedure and I was feeling rather anxious about it all. From the nurse who called me for a pre op assessment to the Dr ( Dr Leggett) and nurses who looked after me throughout the procedure, they were all brilliant, they explained everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and that I understood what was going on at all times. I have to go back and have the procedure done again and I feel relaxed about this knowing how well   I was looked after this time. I wish to thank all the staff on the unit for looking after me so professionally and with much care and attention, hopefully the next one will go just as well.
