(as a service user),

Without the OT I would be still stuck.

They gave me confidence to go out my comfort zone

I particularly hated going out but they showed me I can do it.

I found the activities interesting and enjoyable.

The team are very focused on supporting recovery and I am so pleased you were able to benefit from your focussed 1:1 sessions and were able to experience several activities that have proved both enjoyable and beneficial.
