"A visit for an investigative examination."

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

As this was an examination for a prolapse it was internal and could have been embarrassing and painful,   The nurse put me at ease right from the beginning, the male specialist (Indian I think) explained what he was  finding and explained all the options available. He was gentle and talked me through what he found. The nurse inserted ring support for the prolapse with no distress to me, and I was told that this would be replaced 6 monthly. I couldn't have had more consideration or kindness.

Hi sekmet

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback about your positive experience visiting Gynaecology Outpatients at Lincoln County Hospital recently.

We are always very keen to receive patient feedback so that we can strive to provide the best patient centred care we can. When we receive positive comments like this, it has a really positive effect on the team and boosts team morale to know that patients who are referred to our services feel that we are receiving care they are pleased with.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave these comments – I will ensure I pass this on to the whole team. We all wish you well.

Kind regards

Debbie
