I went into Tameside A&E department with severe chest pains, I was seen immediately by a nurse named Jamie. He did an ECG and explained to me he would need to conduct a blood test.....I have had therapy for the last 5 years as I have severe needle phobia and at 23 I have never had a blood test. Jamie was so kind and understanding I had faith in him and I finally had my blood test....he then later on saw me in the major department and brought me and my grandma a cup of tea as we were there till the early hours of the morning.
This phobia has stopped me doing many things over the years and it might not sound like a big deal to everyone but it was to me.I hope this kind young man gets the recognition he deserves for this and he is a credit to the NHSMASSIVE THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!
