"Surgical unit"

I was very anxious and scared for my surgery and my blood pressure escalated . the surgery nursing staff and the manager of the surgery intervene and with much displayed tolerance and patience assisted me .Having surgery to me is one if the most traumatic life events and the empathy and professional that I experienced allowed me to process my experience in a positive manner . I would always choose this hospital as it was the best health care experience that I have so far encountered . The manager of the surgery was very visual on the floor and was interactive with her staff and patients and that led to my confidence that I was in the best care possible . A huge thank you to all the divisions in the hospital that allowed for my positive experience.
