"We need more nurses"

I had an op (breast cancer) as a day patient at Crawley Hospital.   I cannot fault the staff.   They all work so hard, with whatever tools and limited time they've got.   I take my hat off to all hospital staff and especially the nursing staff.   They work really hard for very little money.  They do not get recognised for their very valuable hard work.  All staff worked really hard, but it did feel like I was on a conveyor belt due to lack of nurses and not for any other reasons.     We need more nurses.   Thank you
