Attended the Minor Ops Unit this morning and treated by David & Doreen. Besides putting me at my ease from the start, they were excellent. Very professional and caring throughout. Many thanks.

It is reassuring that Doreen and I were able to put you at ease, it makes the task less traumatic for all if we succeed in that.
