Consultant would repeatedly arrive late. Refused to look at my notes from previous operation stating that she was the expert in the field. Advised me to have an unnecessary operation at the cost of £5.5k. Luckily my consultant at another hospital took the time to call me and advise against the Spires advice due to their incorrect medical information. Spite have since failed to contact me to discuss despite me trying numerous occasions. Very disappointing.
