I visited the ENT Outpatients Dept today due to the voice problems i have been experiencing and was very impressed by the treatment I received. The member of staff that I saw treated me with the greatest courtesy, listening carefully to what I had to say and carefully explaining to me the results of the examination that she carried out. She also gave me some very good advice about dealing with the probable cause of my voice problems. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment i received.
