About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / General medicine

(as a parent/guardian),

The staff that prepare the food, and meals, they have acted totally unprofessional, and unpolite, not engaging with the job they did, all meals come wrong orders when we ordered a dish they offer other, they didn't seem to care about allergies or intolerance we can have. if the HCA( amazing people) does not keep eyes on them could be a disaster, very bad work. they did many mistakes and shows not our names on the papers, just the bed's number, this is totally shaming we are not numbers, and we paid a lot of taxes for that? Whipps Cross Hospital - AAU.
