"Waited for 5 hours in A and E"

About: Royal Free Hospital / Accident and emergency

Came into A&E with a slipped disc in my back. This was marked as non urgent and I waited over 5 hours during which time almost no one in the waiting area was called in to see a doctor. Triage staff was uninterested and passive aggressive.
