"9month is gone but still haven’t received..."

First time I attend the Lewisham hospital on September 2018. I met doctor and He booked me for endoscopy and did blood test. Twice my appointment was canceled but finally was booked on 13Jan 2019. On my Second visit I met new doctor it was on Nov 2018 I told all symptoms what I have at that moment. It was pains in right upper side bellow the ribs in day time and night time, sometimes pains goes in the back, bitter taste in the mouth, nausea, abdominal bloating, green stools or sometimes yellow, diarrhea toungue was with wounds. Doctor tried give me Omeprozole, but I told it do not work for me. I asked about blood test results, was done in Sept 2018. Doctor told nothing wrong,but I know it my liver test result is not good. I see on monitor, liver result was high. He book me in for HIDA test and colonoscopy and booked me to see him after 4 month. But I received the letter and found I was booked after 5 month. No prescription and all this time I live with pains. My HIDA test was canceled and colonoscopy also and new appointments I haven’t received. Third time I met the same doctor on April 2019. I came with more symptoms, with joints pains, with skin rashes and eyes problems. I did blood test in the privet clinic and they found high level liver index and IgE very very high 1200ug. I provided the blood results but nothing was changes. He booked me again for HIDA test and booked my appointment after 2month. No treatment no prescriptions. Life with pains again. My HIDA test was canceled again. On four time June 2019 doctor, told sorry I don’t know why HIDA test was canceled. He told, he will try to talk with team what happened. And again nothing, no other tests was booked, no blood test to check the liver. I showed him the list with my symptoms, but he did not looked. He booked me again to see after 4 month. And again I have to live with pains and wait, but I do not understand why I can’t get any tests?

I am asking for the help since September 2018 but it looks like doctor don't care. I received the letter from doctor, he want to inform me, if HIDA and colonoscopy tests are unremarkable then it would appear my symptoms are not gastrointestinal in origin. I get furious... Nothing were done in 11 month. Blood test shows liver and bile problems but he just ignored. I am going through the pains every day and I don't know what to do. It is my first complaint, but I have to call to NHS and ask for the help, I what to live, I deserve to get the treatments. Kind Regards Saule
