I have been in a few times in the last few months due to a fracture in my foot, and headaches. Being sent in by the walk in centre in Norwich and 111. The staff have a very difficult job, especially at weekends. Each time I have been in I have had to wait several hours to be seen properly, due to the number of people already waiting to be seen, staff have to prioritize the worse off, each time I have been in, I have witnessed people pass out who were soon dealt with. I accept the wait as one of those things, and know if I was at death's door, I wouldn't just be left there. Ultimately, I didn't have to pay a penny for treatment and they did fix me. It's sad to see good and hard working people struggle in a difficult job due to deliberate mismanagement by politicians who want to turn the public against the health service that we'll all own.
"Staff do their best in difficult climate"
