"Knee Arthroscopy"

Good afternoon, Yesterday, I attended the hospital for surgery on my knee and wanted to pass on my appreciation to the outstanding care that I received.

Everyone I encountered was so kind, caring and compassionate, but in particularly two members of the clinical team who deserve special praise.

They stayed beyond their hours of work and past 11pm to help my wife and I.

I was having difficulty walking, but with great patience and care they provided the most wonderful care, and nothing was too much trouble, and we were able to go home.

I refer to the evening nurse and physiotherapist on duty in ILEX Ward.
