Surprised at Ratings,have just seen the doctor,she was excellent..did not rush appt and listened patiently to all I said.very efficient and caring.Yes I waited 10 mins on phone to get appt which I received same day....under urgent appts system. Friends in other areas tell me they wait 3 days to get urgent appt. I have been using surgery for 40 years and would give 5 stars for treatment received by Doctors and Nurses. I accept that due to shortage of doctors that surgery can have hiccups like everything in life.
