"I had to see a Doctor to get a doctors note."

I recently joined this surgery after reading great reviews on the internet. I had to wait 2 weeks to see a GP as this surgery is very busy.

The receptionists were helpful but that's where it ends......As soon as i was called into the room, the GP was unhelpful and uninterested in my problem. I needed a doctors note so i could take it to the clinic for treatment.

Doctor refused to sign the doctors note as she had no knowledge in the field of electrolysis.

the doctor told me I've got to get my medical records and show the clinic. Didn't even inform me i had to pay £10 to get them.

Never gave me a different option for treatment. Didn't even taker a look at the problem i had. Worst doctor I've ever seen. IM TAKING THIS HIGHER TO THE MANAGER PRACTICE. they way i was treated today.
